CBIW Format CBIW will have four daytime teaching sessions. The evening sessions will be dedicated to praise and worship and ministry as the Holy Spirit directs. However, on the first day there will be only an evening session. Activities on the last day will conclude with ample time to prepare for departure. This is a closed retreat, except for Saturday when guests are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Due to the Institute’s limit of 100 participants, all applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Only adults I8 or older accepted. Any exception must be approved by Deacon Ed Spano. Meals and Accommodations: All rooms are double occupancy (with two twin beds in each room). If no specific roommate is requested, please trust God to give you the right one. All meals are included in the cost of the Institute. Registration begins at 4 p.m. on Sunday, July the 17th. and dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the last day of the Institute, July 24th. Cost: The cost for the week, including room and board, is $525 double occupancy. We are making every effort to keep costs down with an “Early Bird Registration.”  To take advantage of the “Early Bird Registration” and reserve your space, with $100 deposit by June 1, 2011 -- with the remaining balance of $399 to be paid by July 1, 2011.   (Single rooms are $635. No Early Bird discount.  Only 15 single rooms available). Refunds of 75% of the deposit will be made if requested by July 1.
