The Charismatic Bible Institute of the West (CBIW)
The Charismatic Bible Institute of the
West was founded in 1981 by Bill and Kathy Maginnis and Bill and Helen Warren. After attending a Bible Institute in Texas,
they were inspired to sponsor one in California. The St. Francis Retreat Center at San Juan Bautista has graciously provided
the peaceful and secluded facility. This year, 2011 is the 30th annual celebration of God's Word at the Institute. We welcome
you with open hearts and pray that you receive a spirit of wisdom and revelation of the greatness of God's Word in your lives. 0n Dec. 2, 1994, Our brother Bill Maginnis went home to be with the Lord.
