For 28 years CBIW (The Charismatic Bible Institute of the West) has presented a Bible based retreat in an atmosphere that invites the Holy Spirit, and gives Him
the freedom to move freely. We expect the Lord to speak through the anointed
teachers and also through the body he has gathered for this week of blessing.
I am so sure of the power
of the Holy Spirit’s work at CBIW that I can promise you, God will give you a miracle of grace, if you give him this special time away from the noise and activity of the world. I can make this promise not because our preaching is great, and it is pretty good,
but because God never misses an opportunity to bless His people.
Please continue to pray for CBIW and all who are taking time to attend, that the Lord
will continue to pour out his Spirit on all of His people.

HOPE
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO HOPE?
Scripture tells us that "Faith
is the Substance of those things hoped for, the evidence of those thing not seen." We live in a world that has lost
hope. The jobless rate is up, people our losing their home, some have lost their savings and retirement fund.
We are still engaged in a war that is killing our husbands, wives and children with no end in sight. We seem to be waiting
for the other shoe to drop. What ever happened to Hope? We have to get our eyes off the circumstances and back
on the promises. Jeremiah tells us that God has a plan for our welfare, not for our woe. He has promised us abundant
life.
Are you in need of a miracle?

Are you in need of Healing? Spirit, Soul or Body?

Are you consumed with finances?

Do you feel defeated?, have you lost Hope?
God is still interested in each one of us. He hears our cries and He sees our tears and answers our prayers, so if you’re not experiencing God’s
presence in your life, there must be something missing. It could be something
as simple as spending an extended period of time with the one who is always willing
to spend time with us. This is your chance to experience all the blessings God
has in store for you by attending CBIW 2009.
Come and experience miracles, healings, and lives restored as the Father of our Lord Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus Christ manifests
Himself through anointed preaching and teaching of His Word.

sisters who love the Lord and are willing to share their testimonies of Christ’s power and love in their lives.
